- Complete any necessary onboarding or order documentation.
- Accept the Terms through our digital platform.
- Follow official instructions provided for proper use.
You agree not to:
- Modify or reverse-engineer any part of our software or hardware.
- Resell, lease, or distribute our services without written consent.
- Use the platform to spread malicious code or software.
- Extract data without explicit permission.
- Use Synergy for unlawful or competing purposes.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Fees: Subscription charges are billed monthly in advance. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
- Late payments: Delayed accounts may result in service suspension or additional fees.
- Taxes: The customer is responsible for all applicable local or federal taxes.
5. Hardware Terms
- Usage: Hardware must be used as intended and maintained by the customer.
- Warranty: Provided hardware may include limited warranty coverage. Faulty units may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and may be subject to inspection or restocking fees.
6. Intellectual Property
- Synergy retains ownership of all software, hardware, and related content. Users are granted a limited license for internal use.

7. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for sensitive information for up to seven years or until the data becomes public.
8. Liability
- Synergy is not responsible for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last six months.
- Customers agree to hold Synergy harmless for misuse. In return, we indemnify customers for claims arising from defects in our technology.
9. Term and Termination
- These Terms begin upon activation and automatically renew annually unless canceled.
- Either party may cancel with 30 days’ notice. Immediate termination applies for serious violations or non-payment.
- Upon termination, services must be discontinued, equipment returned, and any outstanding fees paid.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disagreements will first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, arbitration or legal action may follow, based on agreement terms.
11. General Provisions
- We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control force majeure.
- Official notices must be sent via email, post, or courier.
- Users may not transfer rights without consent. Synergy may assign its rights with notice.
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
- These Terms and our Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between the parties.
